The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang
First off I have to say, WoW lots of sex in this book. Honestly, I rarely read books with sex scenes but I really wanted to read this one because it dealt with Stella, a woman with Asperger Syndrome. I, myself, do not have the disease but I can relate to some of the ways she felt and even her mindset. The story follows Stella, who thinks she is bad at sex and relationships, so she hires a male escort, Michael, to help her learn how. That is all I am going to say because I believe if I say more that I could ruin the whole plot. I will say that I loved the characters and that this book opens your heart to lots of emotions. I highly recommend it.
