Beartown by Fredrik Backman
This book captured the true essence of community through it's ups and downs. The story follows a small town called Beartown, that was founded on Hockey but through time it has suffered hardships of losing jobs and plant shutdowns. Just as they are in the limelight of winning, star hockey player Kevin is accused of rape leaving the town conflicted and taking sides. This book brings out the bad and the good of humanity. I highly recommend it. I do plan on reading the next book!
