It Takes One by Kate Kessler
What an amazing "Who Done It" story! I really enjoyed this book and hope to continue on with the series asap. The story follows Audrey, a criminal psychologist that deals with children who murder and is featured on a tv show that deals with this issue. Audrey is returning home for her mother's birthday and returning to a town that she ran from after serving time in a juvenile correction center for a murder she and her fried Maggie committed long ago. Audrey and Maggie were sentenced after killing Maggie's father who raped Maggie and going home is not going to be a simple task. I do not want to go into the story more as to not spoil it but I have to say that this book holds back all the secrets til the very end. I highly recommend it.
