I am going to be honest in saying that I went into this book not knowing what it was about and it did surprise me that it was an interesting read. I am not really into addiction fiction but I did like the parts about his deployment to war. The story follows a young guy's life in dealing with love, drug addictions, unhealthy relationships and bank robbery. The one thing that interested me most was the book was written in prison. I would recommend the book to people who love stories about addiction, drug running, armed forces service and cliff hanger endings.
