The Quiche of Death (Agatha Raisin Mystery #01) by M.C. Beaton
This is the 1st book in the Agatha Raisin series and OMG I just fell in love with all of the characters. I love the sassy Agatha as she retires from her PR job and finally gets the cottage she always wanted in the small cozy town of Carsely. Agatha wants to fit right in so she enters the baking contest but of course she doesn't bake so she buys the quiche. After the contest, the judge dies. I do not want to go into the story more as to not spoil it but I highly recommend this book. I will be continuing on with the series because I just love a nice mystery with English charm.
