The Hidden Staircase (Nancy Drew #2) by Carolyn Keene
This is the 2nd book in the Nancy Drew series and other Oldie but Goodie! I remember reading this book as a young girl and getting scared. It follows Nancy as she investigates her friend Helen's Aunt Rosemary's old family mansion. Everything that goes bump in the night happens in this book. Lots of spooky and creepy things in the walls. I highly recommend this book as well as the series to everyone.
