How To Date Dead Guys (Witch's Handbook #1) by Ann M. Noser
Oh what a wonderful book! This story follows Emma, a college sophomore, that is mostly quiet and sticks to her studies but one night she goes to a party with her room mate and meets Mike, her crush. One thing leads to another and Mike drowns and Emma is blamed by everyone. Emma decides to bring him back from the dead and that is when the roller coaster adventure begins. I do not want to go into the story as to not spoil it but I highly recommend this book. I do plan on reading on in the series.
