Nightbird by Alice Hoffman
I really loved this story! Very unique and creative. The story Twig and her family as they live in a town that is said to have a monster. Twig's family is cursed and now the family of the witch that cursed them has moved back to town. I don't want to go into the story more as to not spoil it but I highly recommend it. It is definitely a book to read this Autumn/Halloween season.
