A Cold-Blooded Business by Dana Stabenow
This is the fourth book in the Kate Shugak series and I am loving the series. In this book, Kate is hired by Royal Petroleum to find out who is smuggling in drugs to the employees. Kate works the case even though it poses a conflict with her family. Working for the oil line is frowned upon. Kate is not only making awesome money but takes advantage of seeing an area of Alaska she has never seen and enjoys the luxuries that comes with the job until she stumbles on more than just drugs. Kate's life could be on the line. I can't recommend this series enough especially as a winter mystery read.
