The Girl He Used To Know by Tracey Garvis Graves
This book deals with a lot of hard issues. Autism, social situations and for me the 911 New York tragedy. The story follows Annika, a woman suffering from autism. This is told from her past in college to her present life and the love of her life, Jonathan. Annika feels safe and understood when she is with Jonathan but something happens and they separate but now he is back. I don't want to go into the story more as to not spoil it but I do recommend it.
