This is the second book in the Sookie Stackhouse series and I really enjoyed this book. In this story, Sookie must travel with Bill to Dallas to help find a missing vampire. Sookie is telepathic so it is easy for her to read the minds of humans and so she does to pay back the vampires for helping her after she was poisoned. I don't want to go into the book more as to not spoil it but I highly recommend it and I will be continuing on with the series.

Dead Until Dark (Sookie Stackhouse #1) by Charlaine Harris

I am going to be honest and say that I have tried several times to start this series but never did BUT OMG I really enjoyed this book and now plan to read them all! I am sure most people know that this is a story about Sookie Stackhouse, a young waitress at Merlotte's bar & grill deep in the south. One night, Sookie meets Bill, a vampire that has returned to town after being away for generations. Sookie helps Bill out in the parking lot against blood drainers and that is how their story begins. I highly recommend this book and can't wait to see what happens next.

Loved this book! This book made it to my 2019 Favorites List because it had me laughing out loud all the way through! The story follows Olive, a very unlucky lady that has a sister that is so high on the lucky tree it is ridiculous. Olive's sister is getting married and has won just about everything for her wedding saving lots of money including the honeymoon. At the reception, her luck ran out and just about everyone gets sick from the catering except Olive and her new brother in law's brother, Ethan. Olive and Ethan, despite hating each other, decide to go together on the trip and that is all I am going to say. This book is a "Must Read"! I highly recommend it.

Bellamy by Darcy Coates

I read EVERYTHING Darcy Coates! I just love all of her work and this is no exception. This is a short story but still has everything a Darcy Coates novel gives you so expect spooky! The story follows Leanne and how she goes to the children's asylum that her brother was taken to and died there. She wants closure but she gets a lot more than that. I do not want to go into the story more as to not spoil it but I highly recommend this book as well as all of Darcy Coates books!

WOW! What an amazing Romantic Thriller! I just loved it. The story follows Lowen, a struggling writer that has not yet found her writing style yet and a job offer comes about that she really can not refuse. Lowen goes to work for Jeremy Crawford, the husband of the famous writer Verity Crawford. She is asked to finish the series of books Verity had started but now can not finish due to her health. Lowen goes to stay with the family to get to know more about Verity and her writing but finds this hidden autobiography that Verity had started and Lowen is in shock. I do not want to go into this story more as to not spoil it but this book is a "Must Read"! I highly recommend it.

How To Make Friends With The Dark by Kathleen Glasgow

What an amazing and inspiring book. The story follows Tiger and how she is dealing with her Mother's death. Everyone grieves in different ways and this book shows how Tiger is getting on with her life without her Mother. I don't want to go into the story more. This is one of those books that you just have to read yourself. I highly recommend it.
